A few National League pitchers wish Brian Giles had accepted a trade to the Red Sox 19 days ago. Since he spurned Boston, Giles has found his power swing. Arizona Diamondbacks ace Brandon Webb was on the wrong end of the latest blast, a three-run homer that keyed the Padres' 9-2 win last night at Petco Park.
